Being Philadelphians, we definitely take fashion cues from the people of the city. If you didn't already know, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and Free People are all headquartered and started in the Philadelphia area; hence the strong hipster influence. The juxtaposition of rugged combat boots against a feminine floral dress is very representative of Philly fashion.
